Your most common questions about who we are and how we work — answered in full.

What does CFH Design actually do?
CFH Design is a full-service creative agency specialising in Fashion, Retail and Sport. We offer brand identity, campaign design, art direction, digital design, print, packaging, point-of-sale, and visual merchandising solutions. Think of us as Creativity for Hire — a flexible creative team that plugs seamlessly into your brand and delivers work that stands out in competitive markets.
Where is CFH Design based and do you work with clients outside the UK?
We are based in the UK and operate across all regions. We regularly work with clients across Europe, North America and beyond. Thanks to our established remote-working infrastructure, geography is never a barrier to great creative collaboration. We use shared project management platforms and video calls to keep communication seamless wherever you are.
What sectors do you specialise in?
Our three core sectors are Fashion, Retail and Sport. Within fashion, we work across womenswear, menswear, streetwear, luxury and accessories brands. In retail, we support everything from independent boutiques to major high-street chains with in-store creative, campaigns and branding. In sport, we've worked with clubs, kit manufacturers, sporting events and lifestyle fitness brands. All three sectors demand visual confidence and cultural fluency — that's exactly what we bring.
How long has CFH Design been operating?
CFH Design has been delivering creative work for fashion, retail and sport brands for over a decade. During that time we have built a team of experienced designers, art directors, strategists and production specialists who collectively bring hundreds of successful projects to the table. Our longevity in these competitive sectors is testament to the quality of our output and the trust our clients place in us.
Can you show me examples of your previous work?
Absolutely. Our portfolio page showcases a curated selection of brand identity, campaign, retail and sport projects. You can explore case studies with full creative rationale, process notes and final outcomes. If you'd like to see work specifically relevant to your sector or project type, get in touch directly and we'll share tailored examples under NDA if required.
Working With Us

How Our Creative Process Works

Every project at CFH Design follows a structured yet flexible creative process designed to deliver exceptional results. We begin with a thorough discovery phase where we get under the skin of your brand, your audience and your commercial objectives. This informs a clear creative strategy before a single design is drafted.

From strategy, we move into concept development — presenting initial directions with rationale, mood references and positioning. Your feedback shapes the refinement phase, before we move into full production and final delivery. Throughout every stage, you remain close to the work.

Project & Pricing Questions

Budgets, Timelines & Deliverables

Practical answers to the questions we hear most often when clients are planning a project with us.

How much does a typical project cost?
Project investment varies depending on scope, complexity, and the deliverables required. A focused brand identity project might start from £3,000, while a full brand strategy, identity and campaign suite for a fashion or sport client could run significantly higher. We provide transparent, itemised quotes based on your specific brief — there are no hidden costs. Visit our Pricing page for indicative package guides, or contact us for a tailored proposal.
How long does a project typically take?
Timelines depend on the nature and scale of the project. A single campaign identity might be delivered in 2–3 weeks, while a comprehensive brand strategy and identity programme could run 8–12 weeks. We always confirm timelines at the start of a project and build in milestones so you know exactly when to expect deliverables. Rush projects can be accommodated — please ask about our express service at the briefing stage.
Do you work on a project or retainer basis?
We offer both. One-off projects are scoped, quoted and delivered as standalone commissions. Monthly retainer agreements are available for brands that need ongoing creative support — ideal for retailers managing seasonal campaigns, fashion labels launching collections, or sport brands with a continuous content calendar. Retainer clients benefit from priority scheduling, consistent creative understanding and cost efficiencies over time.
What do I get at the end of a project?
You receive full ownership of all final assets. Depending on the project this typically includes print-ready artwork files, web-optimised digital assets, editable source files (where agreed), comprehensive brand guidelines, and a handover document. All files are supplied in the formats you need — PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, SVG, JPEG, and any other format relevant to your production partners.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Most projects include two structured rounds of revisions within the quoted fee. We find that clear, consolidated feedback at each stage keeps the process efficient and the creative sharp. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope can be accommodated at an agreed day rate. Our detailed onboarding process means revisions are rarely excessive — we invest time upfront to truly understand your brief.
Do you require a deposit before starting work?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit before project commencement, with the balance invoiced on completion and final asset delivery. For larger or longer-term projects, we can structure staged payments tied to project milestones. This protects both parties and ensures the project maintains momentum throughout. Full payment terms are detailed in our standard client agreement, which we share at the outset of every engagement.
